The account manager will be the first line of customer relationship management and will own the relationship with existing clients and accounts ensuring requirements from products / services are met and also working towards realizing further opportunities with existing accounts. He will also work towards winning new accounts.
- Plans and implements account management activities to achieve and exceed the set targets for the different products and services
- Generates new leads, identifies new clients and expand the customer base by submitting offers catering to customer needs
- Identifies new opportunities with existing and new customers
- Maintains relationship with existing customers by conducting regular site visits / meetings and maintaining the healthy channels of communication
- Understands client’s requirements, conducts customer customized presentations of the products and services, proposes offers, negotiates and closes deals.
- Meets overall customer needs, inquiries, concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reports to CRM manager on general market conditions and potential; competition activities
- Cooperates with product management and technology teams to ensure the right solution to best fit the client’s requirements
- Promotes and maintains the company image in all dealings with large account clients through punctuality, professional behavior and consistency
- Supports marketing activities including product launches, promotions, advertising and exhibitions
- Stays up to date with the company’s products and services offering
- Communicates and keeps prospective and existing clients informed and updated on products and services released and upgrades
- Monitor levels of sales and propose strategies to reach out and retain accounts

- More than 7 years experience.
- Bachelor degree in computer science or business or equivalent
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Prior Work Experience/ Required Industry Background in Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Product Management.
